Hello folks. This forum seems to have been ignored by everyone, including myself. I will be posting a few reviews soon, and I wanted to set up some guidelines for others wishing to add their own opinion pieces.

1. I would like to see a rating in the title of each review thread, something that will help folks get a quick impression of the reviewer's opinion on a product. I plan to use asterisks (*) for the rating symbol, simply because it is available for use by anyone with a standard keyboard. Products should receive a rating from between one and five asterisks, but one or two extra is permissible, if you really, really like the product you are reviewing.

2. Please post more than a sentence or two, and don't post something like "This supplement sucks," or "This is really cool, Go and buy it!" Folks looking for information about a product need much more than that.

3. Keep it clean. Treat your review as if you were writing it for your local newspaper.

4. Please give your honest opinion about the product. If you think the artwork needs improvement, say so. If the writing is hard to follow, let people know. If the authors / publishers actually read the review, it might help them to know what needs to be fixed to improve their product.

5. The author of a review will retain full copyright. By posting your review on the 4C 4Ever website, you are agreeing to an implied release of the writing to the site for an unlimited duration. You are free to take down your review at any time, and you may redistribute it as you wish (whether it is up on this site or not).
